Can I benefit from the Snow Guarantee?
The Snow Guarantee is valid for accommodation bookings at participating Nexta hotels with included ski passes linked to the following ski resorts in Andorra:❄ Grandvalira
❄ Pal-Arinsal
❄ Ordino Arcalís
You can benefit from the guarantee when the following conditions are met:
- The ski resort must issue an official statement informing of the postponement of the opening or the early closure of 100% of the resort.
- The ski pass must be included in one of the following periods:
- Start of the 2026-2027 ski season: from November 17 to December 21, 2026.
- End of the 2027 ski season: from March 13 to April 30, 2027.
- The booked accommodation must be part of the Nexta hotels that include the Snow Guarantee.
- The contracted ski pass must be directly affected by the change in the resort's opening or closing dates.
What happens if the conditions are met?
If your booking meets the requirements of the Snow Guarantee, we offer you three options, at no additional cost:- Change your travel dates, subject to hotel availability.
- Cancel the ski passes and keep your hotel stay, so you can enjoy Andorra and everything the destination has to offer.
- Cancel your booking completely, with no additional charges.

Can I cancel my trip if the ski resort doesn't open?
Yes. If the ski resort delays its opening and you prefer not to make your trip, you can cancel your reservation without any additional cost, provided that the conditions of the Snow Guarantee are met.
Furthermore, if you decide to keep your stay, you can still enjoy Andorra and the different activities, experiences, and proposals that the destination offers.

What happens if the ski season ends early?
If an early season closure occurs and your booking meets the conditions of the Snow Guarantee, you won't have to give up your getaway.
Our team will offer you the available alternatives so you can modify your dates, keep your stay without a ski pass, or cancel your booking without additional costs.
